The location is great, close to food restaurants, the train station, and the airport. The staff members were extremely friendly and helped us arrange a shuttle to the hotel. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options like pancakes and hot waffles.

Great location, awesome breakfast. Plus, it was only a 5-minute drive to Mastick Woods Golf Course! My room was a good deal too, had two comfy beds. 🏞️

The hotel has great location close to the airport shuttle, downtown restaurants, and airport, restaurants, stores. It also was in that general area. We had room which had a seating area, a writing table and iron/ironing board and was bright. The breakfast was tasty and very good and pancakes and hot waffles were fantastic.

I had the best nights sleep away from home ever at this hotel. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cozy. The staff was very warm and friendly, and they made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool area which the kids really enjoyed. Additionally, the breakfast before getting on the road was amazing. I would rate the breakfast a 12 out of 10! The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was close to downtown Cleveland and provided easy transportation options.

Nothing. The staff was completely unhelpful. We went for ice and was locked out the woman downstairs was snarky and rude saying perhaps we didnt understand key card. No I assured her I have stayed in hotels many times but we forgot our key card. She gave us a new one after following us upstairs to check id thats fine. However, we left our room with our keycard and was locked out again the keycard we were given was faulty. She was very unhappy we distracted her from watching tv saying if we put our keycard in our wallet if destroyed the strip. Im sorry but this isnt true and if it is this is the first time I have ever had such a thing happen. Not only will I never stay at hilton I will never suggest anyone stay there. The bath leaked everywhere the whole bathroom was soaking wet the room smelled it was an awful experience. I can look past some shortcomings I dont expect perfection but the service was unforgivable.
